Trivia-the answer

A lot of people were bumping around the final marque that Chrysler had.
Really close too. However, Jeep was still part of Willys-Overland, the 300 was
a Chrysler, Mopar was a part code from the 30's that never went away (thank
goodness), Packard (as far as autos are concerned) was history, Studebaker was
a separate company.
The answer was given by Steve (Slow@Primenet.com). The last marque was
Valiant. It was sold by Plymouth dealers to cover the Lancer by Dodge but
wasn't a Plymouth until 1961. You can all sleep soundly tonight. :-)
