Ron, I am waiting on bushing for my 94, which are coming from Energy
Suspension. Now I did'nt go into details when I ordered, simply
stated which sets I wanted. I hope they fit. I will let you know.

A friend of mine bought a Ram with the 5.9 litre engine, he thought
he was going to one up me since my dak only had a 5.2. Well he
should have done his homework because the Stock 5.9 Ram gets beat
badly by a stock 5.2 dak. Of couse its not even close since I have
added many mods since then and he has not.

Sorry to hear your having problems with the dealer. My cat is toast,
you can hear things rattling around in it. I plan on replacing it
with a Hi-Flow (3") cat. They cost about $180, but I should get a
little performance out of it also. You can buy a regular converter
for $99, of course this is through a muffler shop.
Here in Texas the most they do during inspections is look under the
truck to see if the cat is there, but since they don't test emissions
they could care less if it works.

Good Luck
Alan...

I called MP about my "disappointing" perception of the new '96
SBEC that I installed a few weeks ago. He said that the same
software parameters are used as with the prior ones, and the same
gains are achieved: 24HP (18HP @ rear wheels). He suggested that
possibly I was expecting too much, and maybe he's right. Well
after waiting 2 years, can you blame me!

He said that a better indication is do a before and after on a
dyno or at the track at the same conditions, etc. Maybe what I'll
do is leave this in for a while to get "used" to it then swap the
old one back in and compare.

I also asked about the availability of the '97's and he said "not
yet". He didn't seem to want to elaborate...
