Phil,

I ordered my Dak 1/3/98. I was told that 7-8 weeks was normal, but
since I wanted a 2WD model it could come in earlier. We will see.
On 1/4/98 I ordered a service manual fron Chrysler $104 with tax
and shipping. It came yesterday. It is a big mutha. A brief
overview showed it to be quite complete. I looked at the some of
the interior service procedures. I think I will have to hire
someone from the bomb squad to help me change the dash lights.
The air bag sounds like you will be working around an unexploded
bomb.

Anywho...Chrysler has a 800 number for ordering the manual. You
can order with a credit card. From what you say, I may have
plenty of time to read the manual before the truck comes in.

Drive Safe,

Joe
