     Karl, dont you get better throttle response, faster acceleration? I
     dont understand why your not quicker. Did you modify your exhaust, air
     cleaner setup? I thought steeper gears meant faster??? Joe

I replaced my 3.55s with 4.10s.I wish I had not done so.
I got better milage with the 3.55s and my 1/4 mile ETs
did NOT change.However you can replace the speedo pinion
gear just like the older trans.
