Have you ever heard 12's in a pickup? Do before buying. 12's hit, 10's
carry. You don't need a speaker designed to hit, when it's a foot behind
you. If you had a station wagon (god forbid) then 12's are the way to go.
If it's volume you're looking for, 10's are what you want. I've got two
10's, and wouldn't want more hit than I've got, especially considering the
rattle question.
