        Azie,
Soft-spots are not the word. My 94 had rust pits at 50,K. Checked them
at 30,K and they wear slight scoreing visually with sloping ridge to the
inside. My 91 had the vibration also.
I had to sell that one but found out they needed to be replaced also.
We are talking about the front rotors. I know a guy that has a 92 and he
had CC fix his at 25,K. New setup. Guess what, Vibration and scoreing
are back. I can also remember a thought of calipers hanging when there
was a pull to one side. Rear drums seem to wear as expected. I was going
to go back to the dealer but then I thought
(again) that I do not want those rotors any way. NAPA was good, the
better rotors of course. Now Stillen came out with Dakota Rotors. Which
seem pricey but if they are once changed with better stopping it may be
worth it. I am waiting to see if this continues with the newer rotors.
I do not intentionally drive through saltpond puddles living here at the
oceans edge. I know how to wash my truck. When it was black I soaked it
again then again Hint best in the morning dew or after a long rain.
Waxing best with dew, and never a brushwand at the power spray then
again
don't let it get dirty.

        Jon,
Did you Highspeed balance and torque Ah what was it 80, 90, or
100 lbs. when you put back. Yes this is a test. I may need shocks no can
I change that to check for out of round. I am not good at this. Sorry
Jon.
