Well they may be incompetent, but at least they own up to their
incompetance, which is very rare, especially with some of the shopsaround
here, I'm just glad I have an uncle who has his own shop, because I know
of some people who've had some very bad experiences with some of the local
shops, I'm glad I don't have to deal with any of them...
