Removing HeadLiner (installing cab lights)

I'm planning on installing some cab clearance lights on my '95 club cab.
I assume that I will have to take the interior head liner down for the
installation.

Does anyone have any tips about how to remove the headliner without
damaging it? Anyone have any general tips on installing cab lights?
