Hey John,

I know exactly how you feel. I have had similar experiences with a "5
star" dealer in my area when taking my minivan in for warranty service.
Nothing pisses me off more than picking up my vehicle and finding a
greasy interior/exterior, screwed up installation, or damage (yes
damage) due to some SOB who doesn't care enough about his job to do
quality work, and due to total lack of quality control at a "5 star"
dealership. How do they get this kind of rating with work quality (or
lack thereof) like that?

I don't like having to go in prepared to kick butt. It should not be
necessary.

So far, my experience with my Dak has been much better (knock on wood).
Time will tell.
