In my Summit Catalog they show Universal High Flow cats starting at
$79.39. You have to call to find out specifics 1-800-230-3030.
Magnum Performance has one for $199.95 and he calls it a Magnum High
Flow Cat.

In my opinion its only worth it if you are far from stock, like heads
and cam. I lost some low end torque with mine. I am planning on
porting the heads and installing a cam soon, so I am hoping the extra
flow will be put to use then.

No, they just cut the old one off and welded the new one in.
