I have a similar sound. I think it's coming from either the heat riser in the
driver's side exhaust manifold or the cat. It's a slight rattle when I let
off the gas.

My 1998 Dakota CC 4x4 5speed 318 V8 3.92 makes a Tinging noise
while decelerating. The noise is coming from the rear underside
of the vehicle. When the truck is parked I applied gas and the
noise did not occur. The noise only occurs while the truck is
moving and after releasing the gas pedal while the truck slows
down. Could it be in the Drivetrain? Brakes? Rear? Can anybody
tell me what this might be? Thanks for any help!
