Most factory exhausts have drain holes in them to allow moisture to
drain out instead of collecting inside the pipes, etc. This is normal
and in my opinion normal. Funny how factory exhaust usually last 3-5
years but the aftermarket parts I install at my shop last 2-3 years, and
they usually dont have the weep hole!
