Jeff-
I believe that the hole I drilled was 1/16", possibly a hair larger.
 I would start with that size and listen to the results. You do hear
a slight buzz from the hole, but only if you squat down right next to
the truck. It is slightly more noticeable as the moisture is coming
out. In my opinion, any smaller then 1/16" would not be very
useful.
