Let me correct my previous statement.. When I said that I usualy get rid of
it failed to mention that there are aftermarket open air elements made to
plug into the PCV socket. The only use for this method is to reduce the
amount of HOT air being fed back into the engine through the TB.. This is
only usefull if you have some kind of ram air induction though. But if
your conserned about emitions its best to keep it feeding back through.
