I had posted before that I was thinking about adding the under hood
insulation liner on my 98 Dak sport. This is something that only the SLT
guys usually get. I called around, and I can get one (ram imprint and
all) for around $65 inluding the 14 hold down clips.
Has anybody ADDED one and noticed any improvement in cab noise? Folks
with an SLT most likely don't know what the truck sounds like without
the liner, and most Sport folks (like me) don't know what it sounds like
with the liner.
Just trying to decide if its worth spending the 65 buckos or not... of
course that ram imprint has to be worth at least another 20 hp... ;}
