Ken, Richard,

I peaked in the service bay as the mechanic at the dealer did the exact same
thing. He took a good size shop hammer and gave it a whack! At first it
pissed me off but then I decided it was under waranty and if he screwed it
up, I'd make them fix it again. It's still not right, and the customer
relations people are all over me after I sent in the service questionaire.
I'll keep going till its fixed.
