I have the headlights and the factory driving lights replaces with the
blue ion bulbs. The bulbs are zenon charged so they put out more light
at a lower amperage draw. The last time I checked they came in four
colors puple,blue,white and clear and 2 different wattage rattings one
has a 45 watt low beam the other a 90 watt. My driving lights are 65
watt as apposed to the 5 or 10 watt factory bulb.The bulbs just replace
your factory bulbs. My headlight bulbs are a 9007 and the driving light
are a 386 (i think). There is a place listed in the back of Low Rider
magazine that sells all these types of bulbs. Their ad has a pic of some
headlight bulbs. I think the name is something like Stereo Wharehouse
,they also do after market import car parts. One word of caution the
local enforcemant can question you about these as far as the legality.
For right now the blue is still under approval. I just recently got back
from the beach and had a officer asking about the color of the
headlights in my motorcycle. I just told him they were the same as the
BMW and AUDI headlights. Good luck on your headlight quest.
