  Hey Robert, if you really want to do an excellent job on that engine
painting, have you thought of "POWDER COATING"? It's a process where the
paint goes on as an electro static coating and then baked in an oven for
about 10 to 20 minutes. It's gives an awsome finish. It's more expensive of
course than the paint can method, but has a better oil, fuel,heat,and
doesn't burn off retention than the spray can method.
 just a thought to ponder about. later
