yeah, that's about right. The 60 is the percentage of the width, and it
refers to the hieght
example
225/50R15 is 225 wide and 112.5 side wall height-
225 = 225 mm wide
50 = 50 percent of that is the height (112.5mm of sidewall height)
15 = wheel diameter
