I think you are seeing an optical illusion. But a chalk mark on the pulley,
but not were the belt can rub it off. If ythe pulley were not turning, that
belt would be gone by now!!!!!!!!.. Takes about 20 seconds for a belt to melt
to a pulley when it isnt turning.
