Several times the knob and shaft came off( all the way) when I turn on the
lights.
I saw a posting on the Durango forum thet said A TSB came out for all
Durangos made before Nov 97 that said the headlight switch when in full dim
position can come apart, this may apply to Dakotes I'll check today.
The TSB was 8'13'98.
