The Gibson system uses stainless muffler & pipes. The only things that
aren't stainless are the clamps. Borla uses stainless everything. Gibson
only offers their single side exit system in stainless. Borla offers a dual
side exit and a dual rear exit. If you care, the best prices I found were
$389 for the Gibson and $425 for the dual side exit Borla. Good luck.
