Pros

----
- Permanent
- Does not warp/deform with temp extremes
- Bed will not rust do to liner shifting and wearing off paint
- Non slip surface
- Looks cool - my rhino has a permanent "wet" look
- Front weep holes still open so bed will drain normally
- Support shelves in bed sides still functional
- No loss of bed capacity
- No drilling in bed or tailgate for mounting screws

Cons ---- - Cost - Permanent - Will not protect bed as well from dents - Quality is dependent on installer
