Thanks for the info. I wish that I had l known about the list back when
this fiasco took place. As Michael Clark said, "There always seems to be
a few people on the list who have experienced the problem or know
something about the problem." Needless to say this 'event" has been on my
mind as I could never figure out the source of the fire. Thanks for
resolving this for me. While we're at it, though, one of the real
irritants in this deal was the fact that the hood release was destroyed
before I could pull the handle. Any idea on what it's made of (plastic?)
and a good replacement mod?
