Prob. not for a well equipped wrecker. They have those "dolly wheels" on
them. All they do is put one set on either side of the tire, connect the
bar between them, and then there is a fulcrum point they hook another
bar into and pull and it lifts the car/truck off its wheels, and lets it
ride along on the dolly. Takes less than a minute per wheel to attach
them, and then it doesn't matter if the wheels are cut or strait, or
whether the vehicle is in gear/brakes on or not.
