I don't know how cheap gas is in your state. I have been running 93 in
the Kota, at $1.39 per gallon. How can I check the codes on a 98? I
read something about this before, and I haven't even given it any
thought. What do these fuel gadgets that you mentioned do? Don't get
me wrong, I love the Kota. I don't want to sound like a whinner, I just
want to see what people think about this. This is the first V8 I have
had in a while, and I just want to make sure that there isn't something
wrong with the DAK.

Glen,
Look at the good side, right now gas is as cheap as it's been for a long
time!!! You still made the right decision in buying a DAK! Have you
checked your computer for any codes? One bad sensor could make all the
diference. By the way, the cheapo magnetic fuel saver from J.C.Whitneys
does'nt hurt either. I also tried the airborn fuel charger stuff once
and got the highest mileage ever with my DAK. I guess what I'm saying is
some gadgets actually work.
Hope this helps, best of luck!
