I had this problem as well...it ended up it was coming through
underneath towards the upper right (the point directly behind the wheelwell).
When water was poured onto the windshield and went into the wiper cowl, it ran
down the sides and inside the cab...and
I'm talking ALOT of water!! Pull back the carpet and pour water on the
winshield with a hose to see where it's coming in and when/if you locate it,
some caulk would correct the problem. Then remove the cowl and check inside to
see if you can get the leak from both sides. That should correct the problem,
it corrected mine.
