Over the rail liners will rub the paint off on the tops of the rails
and just over the side of rails on the top of the quarters. If you
ever want to ditch the over the rail liner in the future you'll see
all the rub damage.
I got an under the rail liner but I need to be very careful about
putting stuff in the back that will make contact with the rail, like a
long ladder or what have you.
