If anyone remembers I had a lot of problems with my 97 Dak...figured it was
yellow. Well I applied for arbitration. I couldn't request a new truck as
it is now 1998, but Chrysler has offered me the full Gold Plan extension
warranty. I least I won't have to worry about paying for future problems.
I think the reason they are willing to do things now that I had previosly
been denied for is because in order to accept arbitration you have to sign
and understand thaat you cannot then take them to court. So if anyone has
lots of problems and are thinking of arbitration, I suggest you go for it.
You have nothing to lose and lots to potentially gain.
