I am using a 10" by 3" FABM on my 97 5.2.
Clearance is very close. I removed the HoodPad (it is dirty anyway),
and a nut for the top of the AirCleaner. There is no room for a
fancy wingnut. It just clears, but it does. Use the K&N 10X3 filter.
Sean Meldrum made the "S" bolt for me and it fits just right.
If I ever pop a motormount I'm going to put that Aircleaner right
through the hood.
