Nope...I just meant that if you were to use the 3" Gibson system that
was designed for the V8 on your V6 it would be too big. I was hopin' (for
your sake) that Dodge tried to cut costs and used the V8 exhaust on the V6
and it looks like they did. V8 stock is 2.5" also. The best bang for the
buck for you would be to just pick your muffler. You're already at the
ideal pipe size.

The only gains from havin' a shop custom bend the tailpipe would be the
ability to have them mandrel bent. The problem with this is that you're
already so far from the motor that the gains are almost nothin'. I'd just
pick a muffler and a tip of your choice and enjoy.

Duals would be cool. Slightly different sound because of the two exits.
Flowtech offers a dual rear exit system that I believe fits your config. I
don't have their brochure with me but I posted p/n's sometime in the spring
of '97 if you want to search the archive. I could provide p/n's after
tonight if you like also. I've seen these systems priced around $200 for
other model trucks. I think they call 'em Truck Toobs or sumthin'. They
also offer the NASCAR style side exit.
