I have the same thing!!! I have a K&N 14" on a Mr.Gasket chrome pan set. I
cannot isolate the whistle. I think it is where the breather connection goes
into the bottom of the pan. I have thought about trying some silicoln on it,
but then it wont be able to rotate in there when ya try to take it off.
