Have you been off road with it? If so did you get the front in axle deep
water? I warped a set of new discs on the ex's jeep by running it off road. I
was coming down a steep grade, riding the brakes, and at the bottom was a mud
hole covered by about 6 inches of water. When I hit it there was a large
amount of steam, followed by me replacing both front discs. They were warped
so badly, you could see it.
Only thing I can think of.
