I think it's because a lot of people don't use it unless they are losing,
then they hit the button and take off. It's kinda dissapointing when you
think you're gonna' win and then he shoots away in a cloud of Giggle Gas.
All you can think is "Damn, I almost had em'!"
A Super is always on, so you have no "Cheat Button" to fall back on if he
starts to pull away..... that's my 2 pennies =)
