Steve,
I did round over the corner into the bore but
I'll wait for someone else to round over a little
further before I do any more since this is my
only throttle body. My main concern was
the more you round over the closer you get
to coming through the outer wall at the 90
degree corner and with the stock bolts heads
they will start to hang into the bore. I was also
concerned about lowering the wall (which happens
as you taper the bore) to the area were the idle air
control motor is and it's possible effects on idle if
any. Currently the only negative I've noticed is a
slightly rough idle at start up for about 2 min.
The only material I removed in the bore it's self
was from the butterflies up and that was done
so that the bore was the same diameter top to
bottom (on the stock there's a good size ridge
that chokes off the bore just above the butterflies).
I may try to take a picture of the stock throttle body
next to mine so you can see better what was done
if I can get the guy where I buy my parts from to
let me hold a stock one next to for a minute :~).
