Hey Pat:
I kinda did the same thing I think....My Shelby had single exhuast from the factory...someone put true dual exhaust on it....I blowed the mufflers out...put all new true dual exhuast on it with Flowmaster 3-chamber mufflers and picked up at least 2 tenths in the 1/4 if not more by switching to Flow's.
