T & J, hate to say it, but your wrong.

The 88' Sport package was a short bed 4x4 that came standard with an off-road
light bar, 2 BOSH off-road lamps with covers, fog lamps with covers, alloy
rims and striping decals. It also had power windows/locks, cruise, tilt, rear
slider and AC. 88' was the first year for the Sport package and was produced
in a limited number though I've never been able to get an actual number from
Dodge. They was trying to compete with the S-10 Baja and the Ranger STX
models. In 89' the Sport went into regular production loosing all of it's
standard interior options and the light bar became on an add on that most
buyers skipped.

The light bar was also standard on the 87' Indianapolis 500 edition Dakotas.

>First off, welcome to the DAK zone. Now on to your question of finding
those fog lights--good luck from the dealers, I doubt that any of them will
have any from that year. Have you tried cross referencing to another year,
they may work unless there was a design change on the "SPORT" model. You may
try a PEP Boys,Western Auto(Parts America), or Auto Zone. They all carry
those new cone shaped fog and driving lites that may fit. Now as to the roll
bar. Unless you have the SHELBY DAK your truck didn't have a roll bar, it
was an after market model, which you can find or order from pretty much any
auto store or 4-by aftermarket specialist store. It just struck me, that if
you have the rectangle fog lites, you can also find those that might fit and
look good from an auto store also and not pay those high dealer prices.
good luck
