Sez who? The "S" in MSRP means suggested. The dealer still makes a
good profit selling at invoice (called holdback). The R/T is just a
case of supply and demand and some dealers choose to be more greedy
than others. Dodge is not forcing them to sell at any price. Sure,
there might not of been any token rebate going on from Dodge, but
$500 pales compared to the approx $3000 markup the dealers get when
they charge MSRP. If believing MSRP is a good price to pay and it
makes you happy, so be it. But someone on this list got theirs for $500 over
invoice, not $500 off MSRP. There is a world of difference between
the two.

Whatever floats your boat, but there's lots of salesman BS still
around these days. Enjoy the truck, but you're giving undeserved
praise to the dealer.
