I have a '98 R/T CC and it came from the dealer with that same damn
bedliner on it . They call it an under-the-rail design , but the tailgate
protector and the front of the liner that is directly behind the ceb are
rubbed by the plastic . Even if you put a piece of weatherstripping there ,
it's still eventually gonna scuff the paint . I had the same problem with
my '94 with an over-the-rail liner . I pulled the liner out of my R/T as
soon as I got it home and it already had the scuff marks . I plan on the
sprayed-in liner as soon as I have the dollars .
