I'll second that especially when it's not a free call. Right now I am having a
hell of a time with JC Whitney. I faxed in a order and the duplicated it I got
2 orders. Sent them a fax with all info when parts first started coming and
asked them to reply as to what ahppened and how they wanted me to return the
extra order at their expense, 3 faxes later and no response, no toll free line
to resolve it and it's all on my CC, I'm getting ticked and am about to send
both orders back and burn their damn catalogs. I gave them 4 options to reply
you would think they would have the decency to do it. Crap like this turns me
away from them forever.. Beware of JC Whitney..
