As for the oil , in case I didn't mention it before , the Havoline 10W-30
synthetic is $2.99 per quart at Advance with a $1 per quart rebate (they've
had the same rebate going for about a year) . The Pep-boys I used to buy
(made by Valvoline) was also $2.99 per quart .

I have found that Mobil 1 is by far the most expensive , while most all
other synthetice are about $3.99 per quart .
