Hey bud, I have family living in Radford(how bout them girls!:). I know what
can happen to a dak in that climate. If you have 4x4 you prob. have limited
slip. Have you been into the rear yet? If you see a mesh of gears in the
middle then you have the limited slip. Paint on these Daks sucks. Its not
just you so dont worry. The best economical thing you can do to enhance
performance (esp. in those mountains) is to get more air in and let it
breathe. KNN makes a high flow filter and you should also get a Dynomax
superturbo for that thang. Also put a 180 or a 160 degree thermostat in it.
In those high altitudes, you need to open up sooner. Let me know how you do.
