Hey all,
Ive got a 904 behind my 340 and it holds up great! With a HD rebuild kit
from the various suppliers they can be as strong as you need for a built
small block. I got mine from Bob Mazzolini racing in Riverside. You can
also cheaply put in an extra low first for freeway cruising rear gear ratios
if thats your thing. All of the small blocks (except the R?T DAk) I own
drive through a 904 and I havnt had any problems to date.
