Well , I don't claim to know for sure , so you might wanna call the MoPar
tech line .
The reason I am assuming thatthey are the same is that the heads on the 318
and 360 are identical , except for obvious internal differences . That's
why the valve covers for the 318 and 360 Magnum engins are the same .
I don't have anything in writing , I just know from playing around with
MoPars over the years . It's just like pretty much everything from the 318
, 340 , 360 "A" engine family should all be interchangeable . I know alot
of guys that take things like exhaust manifolds from a 340 and put hem on
either a 318 or a 360 because they bolt on , but they are a better design .
Like I said , I sure as hell don't know everything about all this stuff ,
but who does ?
If I were you , I would get it confirmed by someone at MoPar just so you'll
learn a little about it if nothing else . You can probably get em to give
you the basic idea of which engines are all compatible and interchangeable
too . It never hurts to know a little more .
I am going to order the MoPar Performance headers for my '98 R/T when I get
the money......whenever that is .
I also want the M1 intake , the cam , mechanical roller rockers , and what
about those ported heads for the Magnum engine ?
