Problem solved!
I will "midnight ship" my oil treasure trove to the nearest Speedy luber for
their recycling pleasure! Honestly, I never thought of that! I was trying
to be "above board" but your logic is impeccable. They gotta recycle the
stuff regardless. Cool.
