oil changes

For what it's worth, I've always been told to run the truck up to operating
temp before changing oil. The reason is to clean up an particles/sludge
that settle to the bottom of the pan when cold (ie; overnight). Get the
crud into suspension in the oil, so it will flow out, and avoid build up on
the bottom of the oil pan.
Makes good sense to me.
