I am a mailing list virgin and a proud owner of a 98 R/T CC, but as with many things, all that gliters is not gold. If have experienced, on several occasions, the trans
"slipping" after a minute or two of idle (sitting at the drive thru, in traffic jams). After about of 30 - 45 seconds of hard revving to get moving, the problem goes away.
The problem is intermittant and I have not been able to repeat it for the dealer. Granted, the weather has been hot (80's), but this is still not normal behavior.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
Also, I added the 14" K&N Filter and air cleaner and noticed a slight improvement in performance, not to mention a loud 4 barrel like sucking sound. Way cool.
