I live in SOuthwestern Pa (Pittsburgh)...

PA inspections are cake for the most part, tho they dont wanna see window
tint on forward windows or tail-light covers that cover too much
lense.....also, roll bar lights or add-on driving lights are questioneable
sometimes depending where ya go.

Emmissions in Pgh are now taken with a new system.....They even check the
gas cap....

But the machine gives the vehicle numerous chances at the test to get a
pass.....(Multiple samplings)
