Possible '99 R/T Differences

Wasn't able to reach the Customer Service people today, but I did talk to
the Info Line. They confirmed the 4500 production limit for '99. They also
said that it would be available in the new bright yellow color, though maybe
not immediately (I can't see it, personally.....:-).

I most want to find out about tire changes right now....
