Jason,
The dual down pipes on the R/T really made sealing easy since there was no
alignment prob. Maybe a muffler shop could "adjust" the Y on the truck to
assist in the fit.

I do indeed have sealent on the flanges. I do have one of the pipes
connected with a good seal. I just can't get the other pipe to line up with
the header flange, if I could just move it over another 3/4" it would be
fine. Anybody else have this problem? Any advice?
As far as the headers go, I loosened the bolts and then retightened them
in sequence(center first and then the ends). Those headers will never come
off the engine again! With the bolts all loosened it just would'nt budge at
all. So I retightened the bolts(they weren't as tight as they could have
been originally) and hopefully this will fix the leak there.
